All red tag items are final sale

All returns must be made within 7 days to receive refund. 

If returned after 7 days, a store credit will be made. 

Special order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom items are non-returnable

All warranties will follow the manufacturer's warranty

Large Package Deliveries

Immediate inspection is especially important when receiving large items from common freight carriers. In this case, it is important to notate any damage on the bill of lading or receipt when you sign for the delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged. Customers who sign for delivery and do not notate “damage” assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged. If the product itself appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Please notify our store of refusal so we can anticipate the return. After the claim is approved by the freight carrier, the Silver Fox Gallery will begin working with the manufacturer to get a replacement. If a return is desired instead of a replacement, the “Standard return policy” applies and the initial shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the credit. Returned items that are found to be in working condition will not be eligible for a refund

Small Package Deliveries

For Smaller UPS or FedEx Deliveries that are damaged in transit, instead of refusing the package, please contact our store immediately. If damages are reported within 7 days for UPS or FedEx deliveries, we can file a claim on behalf of the customer and work to quickly resolve it, photos are recommended. Please be aware that replacements or refunds can be hindered or denied if customer fails to notify the Silver Fox Gallery of defective or damaged merchandise within three business days of receipt.

Shipping Agreement

Customer of Silver Fox Gallery understands that when using Southeastern Freight Line to ship furniture that SEFL or partnering shipping company will not bring furniture inside customer’s home. SEFL will bring the furniture to the front door or driveway. The customer understands that it is his or her responsibility to bring furniture inside their home. The customer understands that it is not the Silver Fox Galleries responsibility for getting the furniture inside the home. Customer Understands that furniture can be heavy and needs to have someone who can help if customer is not able. Customer understands that once the Silver Fox Gallery schedules pick up for the furniture, it is out of the Silver Fox Galleries control as to when the furniture will actually reach the customers home.
